Adecco is assisting a customer in Southington who is searching for a Machine Operator, 3rd shift. The hours are 10:45 p.m. - 7:15 a.m. Sun-Thurs (weekend OT as needed) The rate of pay is $21.50 per hour. If your skills match the job duties below, please apply now!
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications, Education & Experience
Must be at least 18 years of age
High School Diploma or GED required.
1 year of experience; manufacturing background preferred.
Responsibilities:
Perform start up and ongoing equipment and product inspections as required per applicable documentation.
Segregate and disposition product based on equipment and product inspections.
Perform manual assembly and product rework tasks as required.
Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of nonconformances relating to product and processes. Write nonconformances and holds when required.
Scan product into MRP system; perform testing using computer; create traceability labels.
Ensure compliance with company policies and business practices, including FDA regulations, GMP and ISO requirements.
Work Environment
Work environment can range from clean room and proper gowning requirements to a production area that is open, potentially noisy and with moving equipment.
Recurring physical demands include standing, walking, stooping, crouching, climbing, bilateral motion involving hands, wrists and upper body.
Concentrated visual attention to perform checks on products and components.
