Job Profile Summary
As the Sr Director of the Innovation team you will be at the forefront of developing cutting edge technologies that will give SitusAMC the competitive edge in a multi-trillion-dollar industry. You will collaborate with product, technology leaders, and business stakeholders to solve complex business problems.As part of our technology senior leadership you will own the design and implementation of nextgen technology architecture and technology roadmaps. Additionally, this role is accountable for developing and implementing software development standards and practices, architectural reviews of technology solutions, and leading RRE/CRE teams in best practices in developing, testing, implementation and operating SAMC's technology platforms.
Essential Job Functions:
Leads through example, mentors and influences others to include proof of concept and architectural design to support the Technology Roadmap and new technology platforms (AI/ML)
Provides insights into new technology trends, patterns, architecture and standards to ensure SAMC development platforms strategically architected and built to serve clients now and in the future
Operationalize AI software models and components that solve real-world business problems, while working in collaboration with the Product and Data Science teams; remove complex technical impediments
Design, implement, and validate machine learning algorithms and models; optimize and productionize their performance for real-world applications.
Stay up to date with the latest developments in the field of generative AI and identify opportunities to apply state-of-the-art research to SitusAMC problems.
Provides technical leadership to Residential and Commercial platform teams on best practices for the design, development, testing and implementation of software platforms
Leads software architectural review meetings to ensure best practices and alignment to SAMC design standards
Oversees the development of the Technology Roadmaps and Platform designs
Collaborates frequently with client managers, business analysts, and company leadership to optimize technical solutions for internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications/ Requirements:
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science ML/AI or related field is strongly preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 15+ years of industry and/or relevant experience, typically with 2+ years in a Senior Director level role or external equivalent.
Experience with the most current technologies and products used in the industry is preferred
Knowledge of state-of-the-art machine learning techniques, including deep learning, reinforcement learning, and unsupervised learning.

The annual full time base salary range for this role is
$200,000.00 - $260,000.00
Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
