Responsible for the control and distribution of engineering specifications and assisting in the maintenance of the Bill of Materials database through Engineering Changes and periodic audits. Responsible for assisting in the maintenance of the Product Data through Oracle, Product Data Hub (PDH) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) in addition to supporting R&D.
Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience in files management (i.e. maintaining electronic and paper files)
Experience in information dissemination for internal/external clients
Demonstrated ability to work well with others in a team environment
History of regular and consistent attendance at work
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Basic proficiency in Word & Excel (Will be assessed)
Knowledge of MRP/ERP and BOM Structuring
Ability to compose business correspondence for internal and external dissemination
Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical documents
Demonstrated ability to work with all levels of internal management and staff members; and external customers
