What You'll Do:
Be the Frontline Support: Engage with our customers by phone and electronically, providing expert assistance on our products and services, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues to ensure satisfaction.
Build and Share Knowledge: Use in-depth organizational and product expertise to answer challenging questions, and create documentation to simplify issue resolution.
Collaborate and Connect: Route inquiries to the right teams and work closely with production, sales, shipping, and warehouse departments to manage customer needs and ensure a seamless experience.
Analyze and Improve: Collect and analyze data on customer interactions, identifying trends to help shape training programs and improve service quality.
Drive Growth: Support business goals by promoting our products and services, providing after-sales assistance, and contributing to a positive customer experience.
What You Bring:
Experience: 3+ years of administrative or back-office experience where customer service is a priority.
Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
Organizational Excellence: Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Pay Details: $30.47 per hour
