· High School Diploma or GED
· 2+ years' related experience
· Able to read simple drawings - use scale, calipers, and simple measuring instruments
· Ability to use a wide range of hand and power tools
· Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions
· Considerable judgment and decisions needed to follow clearly defined standard work procedures and practices
· Responsible for production assembly of components, fitting, and/or adjustment of interrelated parts
· Read and interpret blueprints, positioning of part for assembly of several part
· Accurately and efficiently assemble/test a variety of moderately complex products to achieve customer quality and on-time delivery schedules
· Work on products that contain mechanical components, single hydraulic systems, and multiple part numbers
· Must identify and work on high precision products as required
· Actively contribute to lean initiatives to increase productivity and reduce costs
· Identification of quality issues is important
· Evaluate and communicate lean opportunities within assigned processes
· May perform coil winding, soldering, first stage sub assembly, and final detailing functions
· Perform other miscellaneous work as assigned
Pay Details: $15.00 to $16.50 per hour
