THE WORK
Partner with individual engineers (HW/I&T), Program Managers, and other EPMs to investigate and resolve complex problems
Drive and lead HWE, I&T, Systems, and all other E&T functions in support of B-2 production requirements and deliverables
Responsible for Engineering to solve Obsolescence, Production and installation issues.
Maintain and support a strong partnership with Manufacturing and Sourcing
Ensure overall on-time delivery of products
Partner with manufacturing to ensure products are developed, built and tested correctly
Support major production subcontracts as the primary LM technical representative
Work directly with other subcontractor partners and the customer in support of system installations and fielded systems
Regularly present overall status to B-2 program leadership and external customers
Present at weekly internal Production Integrated Product Team meetings
Support external Integrated Product Team meetings
Present at customer Coordination Meetings and Program Reviews
Support proposal capture and development activities

WHO YOU ARE
This is an Engineering Project Manager (EPM) position supporting the Airborne Electronic Warfare (AEW) sub-market segment within Spectrum Convergence. This position is accountable for engineering technical, cost, and schedule performance on B-2 Production Programs. Responsible for identification and closure of technical issues. Meets/Exceeds all technical commitments made to the program office. Tracks Estimated time to Complete/Earned Value Management (ETC/EVM) Metrics to monitor program performance and identify technical or E&T staffing risks, while managing cost/schedule. Ensures requirements baseline is documented, tracked, maintained, and verified. Provides timely and accurate projections of engineering resource requirements. Works with Program Management (PM) to ensure GRID is up to date. Works with PM to ensure organizational standard processes are adapted, approved, and followed. Leverages proven processes, lessons learned, and best practices from other parts of business or industry.

Basic Qualifications:
Experience with designing/developing/integrating systems
Prior risk management experience and expertise
Candidates must have the ability to obtain a Department of Defense (DOD) security clearance prior to starting this position.
Desired Skills:
Mechanical, Electrical, Software or Systems/I&T Engineering background by education or through professional experience
Hands on experience with the designing, development and integration of complex EW or Radar systems/subsystems
Experience working with internal and external customers
Ability to self-prioritize competing high priority tasks from both internal and external customers
Prior IPT lead or EPM experience
Transition and support of systems/subsystems into production and sustainment
Demonstrated interpersonal, team-building skills, strong work ethic and self-motivation.
Experience with Configuration and Data Management (CDM) of Hardware and Software, including EPDM
Prior EPDM Configuration Control Board (CCB) experience
Strong risk management experience and expertise, including identification, mitigation and abatement planning, execution, and tracking
Agile Experience or experience with Agile development tools such as Jira
Demonstrated ability to continuously learn and enhance skills
Prior Control Account Management (CAM) Experience
Strong communication skills - written, oral and presenting
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate:
The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $105,000 - $201,100. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate:
