Summary
CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed, MECM Administrator. This position is in support of a Department of Defense (DoD) organization, USAFRICOM located CONUS in Fayetteville, North Carolina. This position may require travel OCONUS.
What You'll Get to Do:
CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) - Senior . This position is in support of a Department of Defense (DoD) organization, US AFRICOM with duty assignment located at Ft Liberty in Fayetteville, NC .
Collaborates with USAFRICOM colleagues, team members, and other stakeholders to manage USAFRICOM MECM environments. Tracks problems, monitors performance, and performs upgrades to systems, as required, with the proper change control approvals. Prepares and maintains documentation on system configurations, procedures, and service records related to system changes.
The successful candidate must be able to communicate clearly and succinctly both written and orally, and present products and ideas in a business-like manner. The candidate will be required to work in dynamic fast paced environments that require team interaction and coordination of efforts. The candidate must be experienced in interfacing with both client managers and system users. The engineer will be competent in all areas of Windows workstation image development and deployment. The candidate should speak well in front of an audience and be able to present design briefs to high ranking personnel and be able to provide whiteboard training sessions and presentations to incoming personnel in a clear, concise but comprehensive manner.
Responsibilities:
Monitor systems performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
Collaborate with IT team members to design and implement systems solutions.
Provide technical support and training to end-users.
Maintain documentation of systems configurations, processes, and procedures.
Provide end-user support for hardware, software, and operating systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve desktop-related issues promptly.
Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems.
Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless operations.
Manage software deployments using MECM/SCCM.
Create and manage user accounts and permissions.
Monitor system performance and security.
Qualifications:
Active Secret Clearance.
DOD 8570 IAT Level II compliance (Security+)
Operating Environment certification is required. (A+, MCSE/A, Azure Certs, etc)
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in MECM administration.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$85,000 - $178,600
