Pay: $ 30.23/hr
Shift: Mon - Fri, 8a-5p - Hybrid
The Credit Information Group (CIG) primarily supports the Global Credit (GC) and Emerging Markets Trading (EM) businesses.
Responsibilities for this Credit Quality Analyst position include but are not limited to:
Review of Loan Documentation (Credit Agreements, Lender Presentations, Financials)
Drafting Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) between the client and prospective investors
Providing operational support for our Loan Sales Team / Analysts / Traders and their clients (Hedge Funds / Banks)
Train the team on various procedures, policies, and processes
Provide supervisory oversight on our various processes
Analysis and resolution of operational problems
Involvement in ad hoc projects for new processes or industry initiatives
Record Retention (File saving in approved databases)
Building & maintaining Virtual Data Sites to house loan Documentation for distribution purposes
The desks trade in a variety of products such as syndicated loans, bilateral loans, bonds, private equity, and aircraft. CIG maintains the Information wall, coordinates the Confi process providing borrower information to clients of the sales desk and manages the credit event process for the loan trading desk
Credit events can include amendments, waivers, bankruptcies, and corporate restructurings
CIG provides technical and analytical support in a global market's operations functions for one or more operations product areas
As a technical expert, will consult on a wide variety of topics across functional and business support lines
Education/Certificates required:
Bachelors degree
Qualifications for this Credit Quality Analyst job:
Syndtrak, DebtDomain, or Intralinks experience required
Presentable, confident and client focused
Excellent communications skills and proficiency with MS Outlook/email.
Ability to work under pressure both independently & in a team environment
Ability to liaise with all levels of the firm and professionally work with diverse associates and partners
Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised taking the initiative. Candidate will be able to manage own time and know when to escalate
Knowledge of operational risk
Pay Details: $30.23 per hour
