Adecco is seeking a dedicated Reimbursement Specialist to join our client's dynamic team in Cary, NC. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring seamless healthcare claims processing, financial guidance, and patient support.

Qualifications
Strong customer service skills.
Experience in healthcare or insurance industry (preferred, but not required).
Knowledge of healthcare claims processing, billing, and collections.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with benefits investigation, copay assistance, prior authorization, and claims adjudication preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Process healthcare information and medical claims.
Handle healthcare billing and collection services.
Provide financial guidance to patients, families, and third-party representatives.
Verify insurance eligibility coverage for drug benefits.
Serve as a liaison between patients and insurance companies.
Work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Possess a compassionate and patient-focused approach.
Pay Details: $21.95 per hour
