Part or Full Time RN - End-of-Life Care Provider
We are currently seeking Part or Full Time RNs for an industry leader and top 10 nationally ranked provider of end-of-life care in the Fort Mill, SC area.
Position Overview
Location: Fort Mill, SC
Schedule: Part-time, weekends 8:30a - 8:30p (Saturday and Sunday) add one more weekday of your choice to make Full-Time
Pay Rate: $37 - $40/hr
Additional Benefits:
Excellent mileage reimbursement rate
Opportunity to pick up a 3rd shift for full-time work

Responsibilities
Provide nursing services and education within the scope of practice set by the South Carolina Board of Nursing
Coordinate care plans with an interdisciplinary team
Anticipate and meet patient needs
Work closely with related disciplines to ensure professional service delivery
Provide oversight to NAs, LPNs, volunteers, etc. as needed
Qualifications
Diploma or Associates Degree in nursing required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
Current, active, and unrestricted compact (multistate) license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
Valid driver's license
Current CPR certification required; CHPN preferred
Minimum 1 year related experience
Related experience may include hospice and palliative care, family medicine, internal medicine, geriatrics, oncology, home health care, medical surgical
Experience in direct care of patients with life-limiting illnesses
Computer proficiency
