Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Tax Accountant position for a top financial client in Charlotte, NC or Riverside, RI.
Location: Charlotte, NC or Riverside, RI
Pay: $ 38.73/hr
Shift: Mon - Fri 8a-430p or 830a -5p (Hybrid)
Note: This is an onsite position. No other options are available.
Primary responsibilities will be to assist the Global Indirect Tax team which has responsibility for the Sales and Use Tax and Business Personal Property tax filings for the company as well as Information Reporting and Withholding for vendor payments.
Responsibilities for this Tax Accountant position include but are not limited to:
Review vendor invoices for accuracy of sales tax, preparation of sales and use tax returns
Support line of business tax research questions, tax forecasting, review/approve journal entries, and participate in special projects
Qualifications for this Tax Accountant position:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting,
3 - 5 years of Tax experience
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Strong attention to detail
Excellent analytical and research skills
Strong Excel skills
SAP experience preferred
Pay Details: $38.73 per hour
