SAIC is seeking a System Requirement Engineering SME to support our TISETA contract team located at the Offutt AFB, NE. The ideal candidate will perform information technology and software task integration and formulate high level System, Cyber and Software capabilities and Requirements. This is to include JCIDS Capabilities Documents and ICDs.
Requirements Include:
Senior systems engineering background with in-depth understanding of Mission Based Cyber Risk Assessments (MBCRA) with focus on system requirement development with regards to vulnerability analysis, penetration and fault testing, cyber risk assessment including addressing uncertainty, alternatives analysis, metric development, CONOPs analysis, model analysis, and simulation.
Providing engineering support as required in the development of requirements documenting solutions identified by MBCRA vulnerability analysis, penetration and fault testing, cyber risk assessment, including addressing uncertainty, alternatives analysis, metric development, CONOPs analysis, model analysis, and simulation.
Evaluating and providing recommended solution sets for future capabilities necessary to protect system and software solutions from Cyber threats in the DOD environment.
Working in a cross-functional environment, including cross-organizational teams to drive the integration of IT and Software Systems to meet operational objectives.
Building solutions using multiple COAs.
Presenting solutions while advising the government on the pros and cons of each approach and implementation strategy.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and fourteen (14) years or more experience, Master's degree and twelve (12) years or more experience; PhD or JD and nine (9) years or more experience.
Previous demonstrated experience with defining processes to capture capabilities needed to build out software and hardware systems.
Previous demonstrated experience in capturing mission critical functions and optimizing/integrating into planning and execution processes.
Active TS/SCI Security Clearance.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with ISPAN family of Software design and requirements generation.
Experience in Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS), down the Capabilities Development Document (CDD) level.
Experience with Software development Sprint teams.
Knowledge of Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools, such as Cameo.
