Aircraft Support Equipment Operations Logistics Manager, Senior
Key Role:
Work with the Aircraft Support Equipment (SE) Integrated Product Team (IPT) to formulate and disseminate policy, develop procedural guidance, and determine courses of action identified in the management plan. Serve as the SE IPT-appointed SE Fleet Manager, acting as the Joint Support Equipment Controlling Authority, making decisions and providing direction for the distribution of assets among the participant services. Manage and maintain visibility of allowances, real time asset inventory of all Peculiar Support Equipment, Common Support Equipment, Commercial off-the-shelf, Government off-the-shelf, and Multi-Path Support Equipment. Track SE items from contract delivery, acceptance, and delivery to the unit for inventory control and accountability management. Support redistribution decisions, transactions and asset tracking, while performing analysis and optimization of SE requirements. Manage all users to include partner countries to ensure access to SE reports and data products, queries, or hardcopy reports for their specific service and consistent with their assigned duties subject to disclosure requirements. Prepare products to support leadership, including PowerPoint briefings, meetings, agendas, minutes, action items, and task summaries.
Basic Qualifications:
4+ years of experience with supervising and directing a team of operational technicians in the performance of comprehensive analysis across the full spectrum of design interface and maintenance planning while working for or supporting an operational or acquisition command
Ability to prepare and present documents using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Excel
Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED and 14+ years of experience with operational logistics management, Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of experience with operational logistics management, or Master's degree and 8+ years of experience with operational logistics management
Additional Qualifications:
Knowledge of Weapon Systems Planning Documents
Ability to use Support Equipment Asset Management Systems
Ability to communicate recommendations orally and in writing to the client lead effectively
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD).
