A Cyber Technology and Risk Engineer job is available at Belcan in Evendale, OH 45215. This is a full time, direct hire position with full benefits. To be considered for this role, you must be a US citizen, and must possess a Secret Clearance or be willing to obtain one. Additionally, you must hold a CompTIA Security+ certification or be willing to obtain one (or an IAM2 level equivalent).
Ideal candidates will have a record of utilizing multiple industry standard cybersecurity software platforms and tools with an emphasis on an in-depth knowledge of the Trellix Endpoint Security solution.
Job Duties:
Provide hands on design and build of security tools that meet security control requirements for current and future infrastructure and applications for both on-premises and external cloud solutions.
Drive and implement significant endpoint security technology initiatives across multiple layers of architecture, including Antivirus, Identity and Access, DLP, SEIM, PDS, vulnerability scanning, network security, and virtualization security, for on-premises and remote cloud environments.
Work with DoD security requirements to ensure JSIG and RMF regulations are implemented properly within a full enterprise stack.
Research and evaluate emerging security technology, as well as industry and market trends, to assist in automation development, solution implementation and/or operational support activities across multiple teams and scenarios.
Document security products to show standardization, quantify results and an increase in efficiency, using a data-driven approach to support conclusions.
Support the development of workload management and job scheduling tools aligned to and integrated with technical focus areas such as: containerization, cloud services, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and big data services.

Required Qualifications:
2+ years of management, configuration, and deployment of the Trellix Endpoint Security solution to ideally include Multi-Tenancy implementations.
Deep level of expertise and experience in the security tools domain and be capable of troubleshooting the systems/technology within this area of expertise.
Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
Strong attention to details.
Strong interpersonal skills and clear communications in multiple formats with ability to tailor communications to different audiences and purposes.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, to include the ability to produce and deliver presentations and training on new technology implementations.
Proactive disposition to research technical issues, contribute to process and technology improvement discussions, and learn new tools and technologies required to excel in their role.
Professional demeanor to work in an active professional office environment and ability to communicate with high level managers and decisionmakers as needed.
Collaboration, Decision Making, and Risk Management - experience in change planning and execution, ability to understand the requirements of complex changes.
Must be US person and have (or be eligible to obtain) a DoD Secret security clearance, with investigation date within the last five years and IA certifications at or above the level of a Security+.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
High level of Windows systems administration experience.
Experience managing and securing Multi-Tenant environments.
Experience with Windows Active Directory and Group Policy management.
Experience with Linux RHEL 6/7/8 administration.
2+ years of application or platform development experience.
Leadership experience.
