We are seeking a skilled Distribution Center Manager to lead our Greenville, Ohio operations. This role is key in coordinating our distribution efforts across three main stakeholders-our customers, third-party distribution team, and sales office in Pittston, PA. The ideal candidate will ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality production while maintaining safety standards and collaborating with international teams. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager based in The Netherlands.
Main Tasks
Production Planning & Control
Manage the workforce
Coordinate with front office
Daily liaise with customer
Hands-on production support
Stock Management
Receive and record materials
Control stock levels
Regular inventory counts
Stock administration (ERP)
Quality Control
Sample checks in production
Follow up on complaints
Monitor and register KPI
Maintain SOP
Function Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a production or DC environment
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar leadership role with min. 10 reports
Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken
Proven experience with MS Office, especially Excel
Experience with ERP systems and financial software
A valid forklift driving license or a willingness to obtain one is a plus

Pay Details: $80,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
