The Field Service Rep role requires an active Secret clearance and the ability to work onsite in Honolulu, HI 5 days a week. Successful applicant will be skilled in Estimation and Planning, IT Troubleshooting, Clinical Data Management, Interpersonal Communication, and Innovative Learning Solutions.
Provide onsite training support of application to client staff.
Coordinate with Help Desk, Cloud, Development, and Data Engineering Teams to report, document, and resolve any issues.
Coordinate with client team members regarding deployments, site visits, trainings and exercises.
Work with end users to incorporate application into operations as applicable to the particular command or Service.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in IT, Cyber Security, Business, Engineering, Management or a related field. An Associate Degree with 10 years of experience may be substituted for the BA/BS or equivalent relevant experience.
2+ years' experience with supporting DoD medical planning and execution (Preferred: Knowledge of DoD medical systems such as TRAC2ES, TMDS, JMAR, CAREPOINT).
US citizens only, no GCH or visas.
Work onsite 5 days a week collocated with the end users.
Active DoD secret Clearance.

Experience troubleshooting data inconsistencies.
Experience properly documenting and tracking trouble tickets.
Exceptional communication skills.
Interest in learning the skills to maintain a Linux based health server
Desire to learn new technologies to share and build knowledge with the teams.
Familiarity with troubleshooting basic computer access issues (i.e. clearing cache).
Ability to thoroughly explain issues that are being seen to engineers and developers to be able to further troubleshoot issues.
Comfortable providing 1-on-1 and small group training sessions.
Comfortable with collaboration, open communication and reaching across functional borders.
Willingness to work occasional long hour days and weekends when necessary.
