Work you'll do
As a Software Development and IT Operations Engineer, you'll work on a fast-paced project supporting a high priority client. You will provide seamless software solutions for strategic, operational, and tactical level planning and operations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Write maintainable code, perform peer code-reviews, write technical design documents, and participate in technical design discussions.- Work in a team environment to collaborate and strive for consensus by making data-driven decisions.- Work in an agile environment to continuously deliver high quality software.- Have a high attention to detail, working closely with business and technical stakeholders to drive measurable results

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and five (5) years of experience OR ten (10) years of experience in software development, operations, and briefing in a DoD setting
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
Active TS/SCI security clearance required
Experience full stack web development, using Node, Typescript, React and/or other modern frameworks.
Experience with building secure software using modern security principles
Experience working with GIS tools and common data format
Preferred:
Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $114,000 to $190,000.
