Adecco is currently assisting a great client in their search for an experienced Title Coordinator .
Type: 40hrs/wk. Contract
Start Date: Within two to three weeks.
Location : Flexible, not in-office.
Hours : Will be working PST hours. Can start as early as 7am PST or as late as 8am PST.
Pay: $23.16 to $ 23.16/hr
Length: Long Term
NOTES Can sit anywhere in the U.S. Potential for extension and temp to perm depending on volume and business need. Must work PST hours.
Responsibilities for the Title Coordinator role include:
Works with multiple parties to coordinate the resolution and completion of the title process.
Monitors and tracks the workflow from searcher and contractors.
Coordinates multi-site project intake and transaction management.
Reviews and validates the accuracy of data contained within mortgage loan files.
Verifies file completeness, obtains outstanding title documents, and approves completed files.
Assists with title production support services and settlement services preparation.
Facilitate customer requests via email, fax, telephone, etc and manages incoming correspondence.
Manage a variety of inventory reports.
Update existing inventory in company and / or client operating system(s).
Maintain and develop client/attorney-closing relationships.
Monitor processes and resolve issues to keep process on track.
Report issues to manager and escalate complex title issues as needed.
Coordinate and confirm title clearance with title provider.
Qualifications for this Title Coordinator role:
Completed High School Diploma or GED.
Minimum of two (2) years of direct experience.
Proficient in MS Office.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Polished customer service skills.
Pay Details: $23.16 per hour
