We are assisting a local client search for a dedicated Labeling and Database Specialist to support the creation, maintenance, and implementation of product labeling. This position is crucial for managing new and updated labeling specifications and involves submitting and publishing data to the Global Unique Device Identification Database and the European Database on Medical Devices.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborate cross-functionally to support all data entry aspects of the device labeling process.
Create, maintain, and implement compliant labeling based on inputs from Engineering and Regulatory departments.
Support updates to existing labels and manage the creation of new and updated product labeling specifications.
Complete UDI and EUDAMED database submissions using data provided by Product Development.
Assist the Document Control team with Document Control functions as required.
Education, Experience, Skills, & Abilities:
Minimum 2 years of related experience, preferably in the medical device or other FDA-regulated industry.
UDI experience or understanding desired.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office programs is required; familiarity with Adobe is a plus.
Experience with label creation or graphic software is desired.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision and handle project deadlines.
Flexibility in work schedule to accommodate project needs.

Pay Details: $24.00 to $25.00 per hour
