Document Control Specialist

Responsibilities:
Processes Document Change requests in a timely manner.
Creates Engineering Change Orders (ECO)
Ensures documents are processed quickly and correctly.
Review documents for completeness and identify issues such as typos, grammatical errors, incomplete data, formatting discrepancies etc.
Resolve document processing issues.
Shall edit documents on behalf of the originator to correct minor issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure timely completion of change requests and change orders (ECR/ECO's).
Follow up with document originators if documents are not uploaded in a timely manner after an ECO is created.

Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED.
Experience with an electronic QMS is a plus
Must have strong formatting and editing skills in MS Word and Excel
Document control and/or quality experience is a MUST
Familiarity with SmartSolve software
Schedule Needed:
Monday through Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm

Pay Details: $20.00 to $25.00 per hour
