MAG Aerospace is seeking an experienced Senior Test and Evaluation Engineer to leadtest planning and activities for Product Lead Strategic Spectrum Warfare (PL SSW). The Test and Evaluation Engineer provides technical expertise to ensure successful test and evaluation of PL SSW systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Responsible for the development of program and/or product Test & Evaluation strategy, approach, process, schedule, and resource requirements.
Responsible for the day-to-day management of test activities at the selected test facility(ies), including resolution of test execution issues, chairing of daily test update meetings, T&E working integrated product teams, management of contractor and/or on-site PM test representatives, tracking of test progress, etc.
Generate test documentation including Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPs), specific test plans, schedules, and test report in support of Milestone Decisions and Material Release.
Manage the implementation of an evaluation methodology and framework for product and/or system under test.
Collaborate with product managers, engineering, logistics, contracting, along with multiple external Government organizations to include Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC), Director Operational Test and Evaluation (DOT&E), Army Capability Managers, and other Product Offices along with the defense industry.
Review Product Management Offices documentation to ensure consistency with T&E and Engineering Policy, Guidance, and Standards.
Provide technical advice and knowledge of program, system engineering, and value management technologies applicable to the test.

Minimum Requirements
Knowledge and Skills
Experience planning, coordinating, and executing C5ISR systems tests.
Experience managing the test cost, schedule, scope, and risk throughout the program lifecycles.
Experience reviewing and analyzing system performance against operational requirements for the testing.
Familiar leading all aspects of a test including test planning, management of test activities, test evaluation, and reporting to various stakeholders.
Expertise with developing and applying measures of performance and effectiveness.
Knowledge of DoD T&E policies and practices, including DoDI 5000.89, and implementing T&E through DoD acquisition programs.
Familiarity with the use of databases and automated tools for evaluation, analytical, and verification support.
Experience using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Excellent interpersonal skills, proven verbal and written communications, and the ability to work on multi-functional teams.
Ability to self-start, multi-task and prioritize multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
Excellent organizational, problem solving, and strategic thinking skills.
Clearance
Must hold a currently active Secret clearance (threshold);and must be able to obtain TS/SCI.
Experience
A minimum of ten (10) years of progressively complex experience in testing of complex mechanical, electromechanical and electrical/electronic systems.
Education
B.A. or B.S. in any discipline. Four (4) additional years of direct relevant technical experience or relevant military service may be substituted for education.
Preferred Qualifications
Active TS/SCI clearance
DAU Level III or Practitioner certification in Test & Evaluation.
Hands-on experience with EW and/or SIGINT systems testing.
Other Qualifications
Minimum of 25% travel required to Army and contractor locations within CONUS.
Ability to work in office/field/lab environments
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

The projected compensation range for this position is $150,000 to $176,000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of MAG's total compensation package for employees.
