Position Summary
MAG Aerospace is seeking an experienced Senior SIGINT Operations SME to provide subject matter expertise in ensuring PL SSW delivery of critical intelligence and electronic warfare capabilities. The position is in support of ongoing and future prototyping efforts. You will have the opportunity to use your experience and knowledge to inform and improve the hardware and software specifications and back-end signal processing of next generation RF systems including ELINT, Intelligence/Surveillance/Reconnaissance (ISR), radar, and Electronic Warfare (EW) sensors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Working with intel and electronic warfare analysts to characterize adversary electronic orders of battle to include specific analysis on threat radar systems and blue force system's ability to detect and intercept a given set of threats.
Conduct analysis, subsystem analysis, architecture/subsystem decomposition, requirements and algorithm design, implementation, integration, verification, and maintenance of ground based ELINT and EW systems.
Research and implement state-of-the-art processing technologies tailored for application to RF data processing.
Exercise a strong knowledge of ELINT systems and subsystems to develop system and subsystem specifications necessary for meeting performance metrics against a given set of threat signals of interest.
Understanding of supporting technologies including pulse detectors, de-interleaving, pulse descriptor word generation and spectrum survey strategies associated with counter Radar operations.
Collaborate across multi-functional teams to identify opportunities for improving use cases, CONOPS, CONEMP, and TTPs.
Participate in algorithmic design and machine learning frameworks including classification and identification techniques.
Understands and can follow development operations procedures such as source control, change management and release planning for algorithm or other necessary software developments associated with the Government's research.
Ability to self-manage and pace responsibilities to ensure completion of all required activities in a timely manner.
Conceives new concepts and approaches to resolve engineering problems.
Identifies existing or potential problems and provides engineering advice and guidance and/or directs a course of action to resolve engineering matters.
Develops presentations for support activities and/or higher headquarters to summarize results of actions against predetermined plans, current status or plans, progress, deficiencies, and outstanding accomplishments.
Coordinate and support all aspects of SIGINT and EW operations, including planning, collection, processing, analysis, dissemination, and reporting associated with PL SSW products.
Translate Army Capability Manager requirements into actionable goals and system requirements necessary to develop effective collection strategies.
Work amongst a team of engineers, analysts, and operators to ensure efficient and accurate intelligence production.
Conduct technical analysis of foreign threat systems and develop countermeasures in coordination with PL SSW prime and sub-contractors.
Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of databases and software applications for SIGINT and EW operations.
Provide expert guidance and training to team members and vendors on new technologies and methodologies.
Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in SIGINT and EW technologies.
Assist in the management of technical resources necessary effectively to achieve operational objectives.
Represent PL SSW at industry events and conferences.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
Knowledge and Skills
Proven experience in leading and managing high-performance teams.
Extensive knowledge of intelligence collection, processing, analysis, and dissemination methodologies.
In-depth expertise in electronic warfare systems and operations, including jamming, deception, and exploitation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Proficiency in X-Midas, MATLAB, Python, and other relevant software tools.

Current active TS/SCI
Education and Experience
B.A. or B.S. in any discipline. Four (4) additional years of direct relevant technical experience or relevant military service may be substituted for education.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in SIGINT and EW operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with GEOINT, MASINT, technical signals exploitation, modeling and simulation.
Expertise in geolocation, intelligence reporting, and commonly used analysis tool suites.
Experience with JEL, JICD4.2, remote ops, and systems integration.
Proven ability to develop and implement innovative solutions.
Experience working with government and military customers.
Other Qualifications
Minimum of 25% travel required to Army and contractor locations within CONUS.
Ability to work in office/field/lab environments

The projected compensation range for this position is $150,000 to $223,000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of MAG's total compensation package for employees.
