Position Summary
For Project Manager Electronic Warfare & Cyber, we are seeking an Integrated Master Scheduler to provide leadership for risk management and schedule development and maintenance for complex electronic systems critical to US Army warfighting.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Duties include, but not limited to:
Development and maintenance of master schedules for systems acquisition and development
Detailed, ongoing coordination with program and project leaders, and development contractors
Identifying, analyzing, assessing, and communicating risk, and recommending courses of action to avoid or minimize program impact

Minimum Requirements
Knowledge and Skills
Expertise with MS Project and the full suite of MS Office applications
Expertise with the content and application of DoD 5000 life cycle acquisition requirements
Excellent communications skills including the ability to work on multi-functional teams
Expertise with Confluence, JIRA, and Agile methodologies
Experience with Risk Management Tools, Metrics and Reporting
Experience
8 years developing schedules for the design, development, testing and evaluation of software-intensive tactical C4ISR systems
5 years providing risk analysis and mitigation plans for complex, large-scale systems
3 years managing government technical acquisition programs
3 years experience as a Risk Manager within a DoD enterprise environment
Education
Bachelor's Degree; 4 years of additional experience may be considered for equivalency
Clearance
Active TS/SCI security clearance required
Preferred Qualifications
Excellent communication skills including the ability to work on multi-functional teams
Previous SETA experience within a government PMO
Familiarity with tactical-level electronic warfare and C5ISR concepts and programs
Previous management of government technical acquisition programs
Experience as a Risk Manager within a DoD enterprise environment
Other Qualifications
Ability to work within and office/lab environment
Ability to travel 10%

Salary at MAG Aerospace is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $126,000 to $154,000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of MAG's total compensation package for employees.
