CACI has an immediate need for a GEOINT Task Lead to provide support the Foundation GEOINT program
What You'll Get to Do:
The Task Lead will provide timely and accurate delivery of geospatial data through forecasting workforce needs in anticipation of flexible deadlines and deliveries as client necessities change.
You will review client feedback and preparing responses to call for clarification, agreement or disagreement.
Adjust workflows as necessary to meet quality and schedule needs.
Track integrated quality assurance data and quality process audits, identifying talent, and innovating team processes and production work.
You will coordinate with other contract and subcontract personnel to ensure work moves smoothly from one functional area to another.
Identify and facilitate resolution of operational issues and acting as a liaison between geospatial production and management areas.
You will support project managers in planning and monitoring the geospatial program activities through meetings with direct reports as needed to ensure open and timely communication.
Working with project manager to prepare work schedules and man-hour estimates. Maintain schedules and approving all PTO, as with, responsibility for auditing and approving bi-weekly timecards.
The Task Lead will also complete subordinates' annual performance appraisals for all team members through Workday software and create annual goals using metrics to measure quality and efficiency to determine merit-based increases.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 2-3 years related work experience.
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have:
Knowledge and experience with Remote Team Management
Experience with direct supervision of 5-10 personnel, as well as functional oversite of up to 20 people in a Geospatial Intelligence Community.
Foundation GEOINT experience across Geography, Maritime, and Nordic
Concise Communication and ability to Collaborate.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$62,200-$130,600
