We are looking for a team-oriented Administrative Assistant with exceptional organizational skills to provide administrative support to 3-4 Finance and Contracts Directors within RMS Finance and Business Operations. This position requires a detail oriented Administrative Assistant that will perform a wide range of administrative functions, including integrating with other administrative assistants across the program. The successful candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills, both oral and written with the ability to work well with all levels of internal and external management and staff members. In this role you must have willingness to assume increasing levels of responsibilities and have a strong desire for professional continued self-improvement. This position will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
Performing normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining files, maintaining calendars, provide phone coverage, interviewing callers and making proper referrals, arranging and support on-site and offsite meetings to include video teleconferences and Microsoft Teams meetings, conferences, and associated catering
Arranging travel plans for assigned group and preparing expense reports
Receiving, referring and answering mail
PowerPoint chart/agenda production and reproduction
Maintaining team rosters and organizational charts
Act as the program's employee engagement lead by developing new and innovative ways to engage with employees including hosting monthly meetings and requesting employee feedback
Assist with coordinating volunteer support for program events by managing volunteer lists and sending communications regarding logistics
Supporting morale and diversity events within the facility
Providing backup and fill-in for the VP and site director's administrative assistant during absences.
Supporting customer relations and interfacing including customer visits and meetings, setup of meetings, and coordination of badge access and visit requests with LM Security.
Candidates for this role are preferred to be located on site at one of the major RMS sites (Stratford, CT; Owego, NY; Syracuse, NY; Manassas, VA; Orlando, FL and Moorestown, NJ); however on-site roles at other locations may be considered. Tasks performed as part of this role may require a presence on-site multiple days per week and are therefore not virtual although part-time telework as business needs dictate is acceptable with the leader's concurrence. Successful candidates will have a thorough working knowledge of Outlook, BCD Travel, Concur and other Microsoft tools, excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn new tools and processes.

Basic Qualifications:
Experience working as an administrative assistant sr. in the RMS line of business
Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point), and general internet.
Ability to accurately complete complex travel arrangements and expense reports
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and complete work on time.

Degree from an accredited college
Self-Motivated with a customer service mindset

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
