JOB DESCRIPTION:
*Develops and implements a TO-level Risk Management Plan (RMP) in coordination with the Program Manager.
*Collaborates with Quality Management Lead to establish processes and thresholds for problem/issue/risk escalation and resolution.
*Coordinates with W-TRS leadership, including PM, business operations, field operations, and TDP management to understand the full risk landscape and implement corrective actions as needed.
*Maintains the TO-level risk register and opportunity matrix.
*Conducts detailed risk assessments to identify potential risks with potential for TO-wide impact.
*Evaluates the potential impact of identified risks using quantitative and qualitative analysis to determine the severity and likelihood of each risk.
*Develops strategies and plans to reduce, eliminate, or transfer risks including creating action plans, setting risk management priorities, and implementing measures to control or mitigate risks.
*Updates R&OM policies and procedures to ensure they are in line with current risks and opportunities and regulatory requirements.
*Educates and trains staff on risk and opportunity awareness, R&OM policies and procedures, and specific risk mitigation strategies.
*Continuously monitors the risk landscape and the effectiveness of risk management strategies.
*Reports on R&OM activities, findings, and outcomes to senior management and relevant stakeholders. Participates in the R&O Review Board.
Education/Experience:
(10+BA/BS or 5+MA/MS) or (14+AA/No Degree).

Required Experience:
*Experience in developing and implementing a TO-level Risk Management Plan (RMP) in coordination with the Program Manager.
