SUMMARY
Responsible for creating test cases to cover different scenarios and test conditions, and then executing them to validate software functionality.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Improve and debug the test cases to ensure accurate and reliable results. The integration and test methodology should focus equally on the user experience, functionality, and system performance.
Define and maintain test system configurations, maintain test data sets, write test plans and procedures ensuring traceability, and perform test executions.
Communicate with development teams to harmonize the hand-off from development to systems test.
Write automated test scripts and develop and execute aggressive and accurate schedules for assigned tasks and make adjustments as needed to maintain forward momentum.
Research and resolve technical issues independently.
Create test plans/scenarios/procedures that encompass numerous testing activities such as functional, non-functional, nominal, non-nominal, regression, security, performance, etc.
Utilize enterprise tools for testing activities such as JIRA, LoadRunner, BrowserStack, Selenium, etc.
Produce reports and documentation for all automated testing efforts, results, activities, data, logging and tracking.
Maintain regular and punctual attendance.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors' degree or the equivalent in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
Minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience required.
Experience with Salesforce application or other CRM solutions.
Must complete Salesforce Trailhead training after employment begins.
Should have five (5) years of experience working in an integrated environment and multi-discipline collaboration (i.e. Systems Engineer, Software Developers, DevOps, etc.).
Experience developing mobile automated testing solutions.
Experience with automated unit testing.
Experience with continuous integration methodologies using tools like Jenkins and Bamboo.
Experience with best practices in configuration management using tools like SVN.
Experience with User Acceptance Testing.
Understanding of organizational structures and support external customers across functional boundaries required.
Must have strong risk management skills and clearly communicate mitigation plans.
Experience with developing test plans, test cases and test scripts.
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).
Must obtain and maintain any necessary security access and/or background checks.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Experience leading test teams is a plus.
Excellent communication experience required to interact with test teams and customers on a daily basis.
Experience operating within Cloud environments such as Salesforce CRM or AWS is a plus.
Self-starter who is comfortable working both independently and with various skill sets including other integrators and testers.
Organized and efficient with ability to document all levels of testing from unit to system testing.
Experience in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, etc.).
TRAINING REIMBURSEMENT AGREEMENT
Specialized training and certifications are required for this position. Training and exam costs will be provided by Katmai. Employees will be required to sign a Training Reimbursement Agreement that states that if unable to complete certifications within two months after employment starts, or if employment is terminated within the first year, all or a percentage of the training costs must be reimbursed. Details of this reimbursement agreement will be described in a separate document.
WORK SCHEDULE
Full-Time. May be required to work additional hours as needed to complete assignment or project.
TRAVEL
The expected travel time is less than 10%.
DRIVING REQUIREMENTS:
Must have or be able to attain a valid state driver's license and be insurable on the company's automobile insurance policy. Driving, with or without accommodation, may be required when traveling for training and/or short occasional amounts of local driving. The expected driving time is less than 25%.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
Work is expected to be remote; however, the company reserves the right to require onsite work.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Position consists of sitting for long periods of time, bending, stooping, crouching, and lifting weights up to 20 pounds. Frequently uses hands/fingers for manipulation of keyboard and mouse. COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS :
Pay is $90,000 to $110,000 per year.
