Pay : $15.50 an hour!
What You'll Be Doing:
Customer Care Extraordinaire: Assist customers and business partners through phone and email, delivering prompt and friendly service that leaves a lasting impression!
Problem-Solving Ninja: Tackle customer complaints with grace and professionalism, turning challenges into happy endings.
Delivery Guru: Keep an eye on delivery routes to ensure everything is on track and on time.
Order Wizard: Handle changes or cancellations to delivery orders like a pro.
What You'll Need to Shine:
Minimum Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (yes, we love Word, Excel, and PowerPoint too!).
Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent-bring that diploma pride!
At least 1 year of related experience, preferably in a call center (we like seasoned pros!).
Super strong customer service skills-because our customers deserve the best!
Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills (you'll be a juggling master!).
Ability to thrive under pressure and still deliver outstanding solutions.
Flexible to work 7am - 7pm.

Pay Details: $15.50 per hour
