Adecco is currently assisting a great client in their search for an experienced Syndicated Loan Middle Office Associate in Jacksonville, FL .
PLEASE NOTE: This is an in-office, onsite role. No other options available.
Type: 40hrs/wk. Temp to Perm
Start Date: Within two to three weeks.
Location : Intersect of Gate Parkway and Burnt Mill Road in Jacksonville, FL. Please make sure this commute works for you prior to applying.
Hours : 8am to 5pm; M-F
Pay: $32.14 to $ 32.14/hr
Length: Temp to Hire
Responsibilities for the Syndicated Loan Middle Office Associate role include:
Responsible for assisting in the management of a middle office agency portfolio of Syndicated Loans transactions for various loan sectors.
Interpreting Credit Agreements and Amendments. Assist with building of new deals, Amendments and closing fees in loan system.
Liaising with borrowers, customers, and lenders for credit facilities.
Ensuring that all weekly, bi-monthly, and monthly MIS is reviewed, approved and complete in various internal MIS systems.
Works collaboratively within the organization, as well as independently.
Qualifications for this Syndicated Loan Middle Office Associate role:
A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in corporate banking, investment banking, or loan operations.
Carry a solid grasp of syndicated loan structures, documentation, and processes.
Meticulous attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Pay Details: $32.14 per hour
