Imagine One Technology & Management is currently assembling a contingent team of experience to support NAVSEA 06-Naval Special Warfare (NSW) (PMS340) Professional and Engineering Support Services Division. We are seeking a Financial Analyst (Senior) to support the Department of Defense (DoD) Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) 06-NSW (PMS340) and the extended NSW enterprise, including various NSW Commands and other special joint U.S. military operations in support of the following (not an all-inclusive list):
Manned and unmanned undersea systems, both dry and wet
Air, ground, and undersea unmanned systems
Manned and unmanned ground vehicles
Manned and unmanned surface systems
Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence systems (mounted, dismounted, and personal systems)
Small arms, small arms ammunition, and automated gun mounts
Air Operations, to include Premeditated Personnel Parachuting and Cargo Airdrop (P3), helicopter rope suspension systems, aerial delivery of platforms from military aircraft
Visual Augmentation Systems for personnel and small arms weapon systems
Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear personal protection
Combat Diving, to include navigation, underwater breathing apparatus/diver life support, communications, personnel/thermal protection, situational awareness tools
Personnel Protection Equipment
Technology Development, Maturation, and Insertion
Life cycle support of Deep Submergence Systems-Scope of Certification (DSS-SOC) systems, to include design, modification and sustainment.
Experience/Educational Requirements (Desired):
Graduate degree in business or financial/ management related disciplines
Ten (plus) years of demonstrated work experience as a senior financial analyst and/or Business/Financial Manager (BFM) within a DoD MPM or equivalent
Demonstrated work experience managing, coordinating and successfully executing Major Force Program (MFP) 2 and MFP 11 USSOCOM resources in support of SOF requirements
Experience/Educational Requirements (Required):
Undergraduate degree and 10 years in Government financial management
Expert working knowledge of the NAVSEA Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)/DoD Contracting Environment
Expert working knowledge of the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS)/Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) Mechanization of Contra Administration Services (MOCAS) accounting and disbursing systems
Expert working knowledge of the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS)/ Wide Area Workflow (WAWF)/Mechanization of Contract
Administration Services (MOCAS) accounting and disbursing systems
Sound working knowledge of the OPNAV/NAVSEA program and budget processes
Expert working knowledge of managing obligation and expense rates to ensure compliance with OSD targets
Demonstrated working experience developing and managing yearly spend plans
Demonstrated working experience developing POM/BES input
Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products/services, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Security Requirements:
U.S. Citizenship required
ACTIVE Secret clearance required
