Essential Job Functions:
Lead and contribute to the design and architecture of infrastructure solutions, ensuring they meet client business needs.
Collaborate with senior architects and IT leadership to implement infrastructure initiatives and provide thought leadership.
Monitor and optimize the performance, security, and cost-effectiveness of infrastructure components.
Participate in cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met and to facilitate communication between departments.
Evaluate emerging technologies and conduct feasibility studies to assess their potential impact on the organization.
Assist in managing vendor relationships and contracts to ensure the quality and cost-effectiveness of infrastructure services.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with established infrastructure standards and best practices.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science, Information Technology) or equivalent combination of education and experience
Typically, 10+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role years of relevant work experience in infrastructure architecture or related roles
Strong problem-solving and project management skills
Effective communication and team leadership skills
Proven experience in client/customer facing technical consulting roles
Demonstrated success in implementing infrastructure architecture solutions in a large enterprise environment
Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry and technology
Other Qualifications:
Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus
Relevant certifications (i.e., CCNP/CCIE, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, etc.)
Previous experience with project management methodologies like Agile or ITIL a plus

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $114,200 - $212,000.
Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
