Financial Accountant
This is a high-potential career opportunity to serve in a critical internal/back-office role for Lynch Consultants.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and capabilities:
Financial Audit experience.
Attention to Detail. The candidate must have a keen eye for precision and quickly spot errors or inconsistencies. The candidate must be meticulous; take the time and effort to ensure work products are accurate, precise, and high-quality; and produce work that reflects professional dedication and attention to detail.
Multitasking. The candidate must be able to work multiple, concurrent tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Organization and Planning. The candidate must be extremely organized, able to plan and prioritize tasks effectively.
?Analytic Skills. The candidate must be able to assimilate data from multiple sources, understand the necessary outcome products, and assess. The analyses may be root-cause, extrapolation, process-improvement, or other. Strong Excel skills are critical; use of related business intelligence tools are desirable.
Proactive. The candidate must be self-starting, understand the business environment, and take action without close supervision.
?Communication Skills. The candidate must be able to communicate with the full spectrum of Firm associates, from entry-level analysts to Partners.
Requirements
2-4 years of professional finance/accounting/economics experience.
BA in Accounting/Business/Finance/Economics
Strong Excel capabilities.
Examples of Functional Activities:
Assist and manage the operation of standard business functions. These include:
AP, AR, HR (In-processing, Out-processing), develop financial reports, business process execution and improvement, etc.
