Adecco Healthcare is currently seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to join our client's team in Los Angeles, CA (90037). This is a direct-hire, full-time, permanent role.

Compensation:
Salary range: $270,000 - $300,000 annually
Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Every other Saturday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM (with a Friday off when Saturday is worked)
Qualifications:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
Active California Medical License
DEA Certification
Completed Residency in Internal Medicine or Med+Peds
Board Certified or Board Eligible
Completed Endocrinology Fellowship (Board Certified/Eligible preferred)
Experience with eClinicalWorks or similar EMR/EHR platforms
Basic computer skills
BLS Certification
Strong commitment to serving underserved communities
Spanish bilingual skills are a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and document patient medical history, allergies, and current medications.
Conduct comprehensive physical examinations.
Order or carry out diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging based on patient needs.
Interpret diagnostic results and examination findings to develop accurate diagnoses.
Administer treatments or prescribe medications as necessary.
Clearly explain medication dosages, potential side effects, and treatment plans to patients.
Administer vaccinations for disease prevention.
Offer guidance on health maintenance, including diet, hygiene, and preventive care.
Perform procedures within the scope of training and expertise.
Make referrals to medical specialists as needed.
Maintain detailed documentation of patient visits and follow-ups.
Provide care for high-risk or urgent cases.
Assist in disaster response and triage efforts according to established protocols.
Additional Details:
Possible travel requirements until all clinic locations are fully staffed
Mileage reimbursement at $0.66 per mile
