We are looking for a Power Platform Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform suite, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and PowerBI. The ideal candidate should have experience in software development, experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, and the ability to create solutions that improve business process and decision-making.
This is a hybrid working position based out of San Diego, CA.
Position Duties:
Analyze and document business processes. Implement metrics. Make recommendations for improvements to business processes; assist team with digital transformation of existing processes
Understanding of Microsoft Power Platform services, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and PowerBI
Automate business processes and workflows using Microsoft Power Automate
Create data visualization and reporting solutions using PowerBI
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver custom solutions
Working knowledge/experience with software development tools and applications.
Ability to manage timelines and resources to ensure successful project delivery
Ability to troubleshoot and fix issues to maintain the reliability of applications
Strong communication and collaboration ability, including the ability to listen actively, understand team perspectives, and clearly convey ideas.
Perform data monitoring, analysis and quality assurance and recommend improvements in performance measures and metrics
Other Duties as assigned
Desired Qualifications:
Three (3) years of experience translating business requirements into reporting designs, predictive and statistical analysis, and visualizing business data
Two (2) years of experience using data environments necessary for specific job duties (Navy FlankSpeed, PowerBI, Power Apps)
Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong interpersonal skills
Experience with Microsoft O365 suite of applications (Word, Excel, SharePoint Online, SharePoint Lists, Teams, Forms, Planner)
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Ability to develop program documentation and program status reports
Experience with Agile methodology
SECRET security clearance.
Travel Requirements:1-2 weeks per year.
Salary: $80,000-$90,000. Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
