Seeking a Finance Analyst for a 3 month-temporary assignment with an eyewear manufacturing client in the Lake Forest, CA area. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role and possess a team mentality with strong problem-solving skills. This role is 100% on-site.
Responsibilities for the Finance Analyst include but are not limited to:
Supports month-end close process and controlling procedures.
Review accounts receivable aging report to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
Initiating collections on past-due accounts and working with customers to resolve payment disputes.
Generating financial statements and reports for management and stakeholders.
Investigating and resolving any irregularities or inquiries related to accounts receivable.
Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered:
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of job-related experience.
SAP experience a must.
Strong analytical skills and ability to investigate SAP transaction data.
Desired Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of General Accounting and Accounts Payable preferred.
Experience in labor planning.
Experience in a multi-national company.
