We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Inventory and Production Coordinator to join our client's team in Carlsbad CA. This role is crucial in supporting production and operational requirements by ensuring accuracy in inventory management, handling customer inquiries, and providing essential production support. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, flexible, and comfortable with a variety of responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform accurate data entry for inventory, production, and sales orders
Maintain and manage essential information in our inventory and production systems
Step into various roles and tasks as needed to support production and operational needs
Coordinate with different departments to ensure efficient workflow and adaptability
Handle customer inquiries via phone, providing order status updates and resolving issues as needed
Serve as a point of contact for customer questions related to inventory and production
Qualifications:
Experience with shipping processes is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in data entry and inventory management software
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, with flexibility as needed to support production demands.

Pay Details: $21.00 to $23.00 per hour
