Paint Line Supervisor
A paint line supervisor manages the activities of a paint line team to ensure smooth operations and optimal performance. They will be working in a industrial setting and supervise teams working in a paint shop environment.
Their responsibilities include:
Setting production targets: Ensuring orders are completed on time
Training and mentoring staff: Enhancing skills and productivity
Working with clients and site foremen: Ensuring projects are executed properly, paint is applied correctly, and masking areas are protected
Ordering paint and supplies: Ensuring the quality of the paint and products being shipped to customers
