Overview:
INTECON, LLC is in search of a skilled and proactive Project Analyst to provide critical support to the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Chief Strategy Office (CSO) Change Management and Strategic Planning (CM&SP) Team. This essential role involves providing analytical support services that are crucial for the implementation of DCSA's strategic initiatives. You will support efforts related to the DCSA Strategic Plan, including Organization Design and Realignment Support, Workforce and Workplace Studies, and providing project management assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
Participating in the analysis of organizational structures and environments to support recommendations for adjustments aligned with strategic goals.
Assisting in organizational design and process improvement initiatives, and facilitating relevant meetings and activities.
Contributing to studies aimed at identifying opportunities for enhancing agency operations, workforce, and workplace efficiency.
Supporting change management practices to manage and mitigate impacts of organizational adjustments.
Providing support for significant CSO and agency meetings, including planning, scheduling, and materials preparation.
Facilitating communication and collaboration among team members and across departments.
Assisting with the execution and support of cross-mission integration projects, ensuring alignment with the agency's strategic objectives.
Engaging in data gathering, research, and analytical tasks to support project initiatives and strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree is preferred. Will consider related trainings, certificates, or additional years of experience in-lieu of a degree.
Minimum of three (3+) years of experience in Project Analysis, Project Support, or related field.
Demonstrated experience in organizational analysis, change management, and strategic planning.
Understanding of DoD Security Policies.
Strong ability to work collaboratively with staff and senior leaders across the agency.
Excellent communication and analytical skills with ability to thrive in a team environment.
Proficient in MS Office applications to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint. MS PowerBI experience is desirable for this position.
