Salary Range: $150,000 - $170,000
Job Description:
Provide test and evaluation support services to NAVWAR PMO for programs and projects.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Participate in the planning, execution, and completion of test and evaluation activities
Provide written test and evaluation recommendations for sustainment baselines
Review system-level integration test and evaluation plans and procedures, identify and report deficiencies, originate reviews foroperations and maintenance procedures or checklists for fielded systems
Develop and review test plans, test procedures, and test reports and provide comments, recommendations and evaluations
Provide the Government with the test concept, objectives, and requirements as specified by the Government. Test procedures shall identify the systematic testing operations to be performed on items undergoing developmental, qualification, or acceptance testing
Provide support to identify items to be tested, the test equipment and support required, the test conditions to be imposed, the parameters to be measured, and the pass or fail criteria against which the test results will be measured and shall be delivered with the test plan
Provide independent verification and validation (IV&V) of cybertools pursuant to operational assessments
Develop an integrated test schedule for PMO test activities
Develop T&E strategies for PMO programs and projects
Provide written comments and recommendations for the Test & Evaluation Master Plan (TEMP)
Develop reports in support of software testing to include the examination of code as well as execution of that code in various environments and conditions
Provide written comments and recommendations for the development of safety plans and analyses, as part of the design process
Required Qualifications
At least 10 years of professional experience performing engineering functions in DoD or Navy organizations
Proficient knowledge of MS Office software
Education Requirements:
Master's Degree or four additional years' relevant experience
