Salary Range: $150,000 - $170,000
Job Description:
Provide installation management and field support services to NAVWAR PMO for programs and projects.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Analyze and review installation/modernization documentation and serve as procedural interface/liaison among the Platform PMWs, PEO C4I, NAVW AR 4.0, Fleet Readiness Directorate, and other System Commands as necessary
Provide progress status reports on significant technical or programmatic issues or concerns related to installation resource planning, execution and integration of systems
Analyze installation and advanced planning data to develop performance metrics for various reports and presentations
Assist with the development and maintain installation policy documents, processes, and procedures
Coordinate with internal and external agencies to expedite the installation processes, assisting the appropriate APMs to develop and manage fielding plans, coordinate installation requirements, submit installation packages, and monitor status for impacts to schedule and critical path timelines
Provide engineering and technical expertise to support program installations as required
Assist APMs with managing installation plans, review installation documentation, perform site surveys, identify equipment and design requirements (including interfaces), develop and/or coordinate required documentation, and develop schedules to identify critical path timelines and manage all required activities
Manage test and certification requirements in accordance with program schedules
Review, provide recommended changes and provide impact assessments with respect to installation issues

Required Qualifications
At least 10 years of professional experience performing engineering functions in DoD or Navy organizations
Proficient knowledge of MS Office software
Education Requirements:
Master's Degree or four additional years' relevant experience
