Summary DCSA Counterintelligence and Insider Threat Directorate is looking for a Management and Program Analyst to join our team. Responsibilities As a MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST you will be responsible for the following duties The incumbent services as a Program Analyst coordinating and completing staff actions, preparing briefs, and liaising with CI & Insider Threat Directorate, Office of Counterintelligence and DCSA Staff. Overseas and ensures the planning, programming, policy and contract management of the CI & Insider Threat Directorate, Office of Counterintelligence. The incumbent is primarily responsible for synchronizing program management actions in support of the Office of Counterintelligence's long range strategic plan and mission analysis to ensure continued and enhanced operations, readiness, structure and transformation. To this end, the incumbent authors and ensures the Office of Counterintelligence strategy is current, and assists senior leaders in developing implementation plans for the strategy and gathers periodic or ad hoc metrics and key performance indicators demonstrating the directorates success in achieving its goals and objectives. The incumbent uses, to the maximum extent possible software and hardware on the approved products list to increase transparency of day-to-day business operations and strategic successes. Qualifying experience may have been acquired in any public or private sector job, but will clearly demonstrate past experience in the application of the particular competencies/knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to successfully perform the duties of the position. You must have specialized experience sufficient to demonstrate that you have acquired all the competencies necessary to perform at a level equivalent in difficulty, responsibility, and complexity to the next lower grade GS/GG-12 in the Federal service and are prepared to take on greater responsibility. Generally, this would include one year or more of such specialized experience. Specialized experience for this position includes: Experience and knowledge of technical and operational issues relating to CI and insider threat. Familiarity with security, information security and assurance, critical infrastructure protection and risk management as they relate to DOD and its components.
