ManTech is looking for an experienced analyst with program management experience to design, develop, and implement a threat intelligence program for ManTech's internal security program to identify threats to ManTech's people, programs, information, and facilities domestically and abroad, and develop potential mitigations for those threats. ManTech's internal security program falls under the leadership of the Chief Security Officer.
This position IS NOT a cyber threat intelligence position but does require close collaboration with cyber threat intelligence personnel.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Designing, developing, and implementing a threat intelligence program designed to identify potential threats to ManTech people, programs, information, and facilities domestically and abroad.
Identifying information resources that can be utilized to provide details of potential threats to ManTech people, programs, information, and facilities domestically and abroad. These information resources include criminal activity, counterintelligence, and foreign political instability
Developing potential threat mitigation plans for identified potential threats
Writing and briefing comprehensive threat assessments and mitigation plans that will be provided to Mantech Executive leadership
Identifying tools that can be utilized to help identify and mitigate potential threats
Collaborating across ManTech functional areas and Executive Leadership to identify and mitigate potential threats to ManTech people, programs, information, and facilities domestically and abroad
Working in partnership with US Government (USG) departments and agencies and local law enforcement to identify and mitigate potential threats
Foster and maintain collaborative working relationships with industry security personnel relative to threat information that potentially impacts all of industry or individual industry partners.
Stay abreast of world events to help identify potential threats to ManTech people, programs, information, and facilities domestically and abroad
The Director of Threat Intelligence will report directly to the Executive Director for Enterprise Security
Will be responsible for other duties as assigned by the Chief Security Officer
A self-starter with experience in building new programs from initiation
Demonstrated program management skills
Basic Requirements
Bachelor's degree
At least 10 years' experience as an all-source analyst preferably in counterintelligence, but also criminal or political intelligence analysis.
Experience in collaborating with USG departments and agencies and local law enforcement agencies.
A deep knowledge of USG security and counterintelligence policies and procedures as they apply to cleared industry
Demonstrated experience in gathering, collating, and analyzing raw data sets
Security Clearance
Ability to obtain a TS/SCI security clearance
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%
Constantly operates a computer
Frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations
Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situation
