ManTech is actively hiring a Special Access Program Security Officer with a well-rounded experience in Personnel and Special Access Program Security.
This role shall serve as the SME for Special Access Programs and provide guidance on SAP Security to include Personnel, Program, OPSEC, Information and Physical Security requirement to both internal and external customers.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Administration of all security aspects for the program supported to include implementation of security requirements to ensure compliance
Develop, manage and maintain a relationship with the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Industrial Security Representative and Intelligence Community Security counterparts
Ensure security compliance with contractual requirements
Clearance and access processing for DoD and Intelligence Community Customers
Completing DD254s and sub DD254s
Conduct security indoctrination, refresher and termination briefings
Process Periodic Reinvestigations as needed
Managing and supporting subcontractors
Managing Access Control System, Badging and Alarms (IDS) for the facility
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7 years of security experience
2 or more years of SAP Security Management experience, preferably as a CPSO
Familiarity with Scattered Castles, JADS and JADE
Familiarity with supporting proposals for Intelligence Community programs
Clearance Requirements:
Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/ Poly clearance
Physical Requirements:
Frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations, requiring the ability to exchange accurate information both verbally and written
Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery
