Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Operations Research/Systems Analyst (SIGINT) to join our team in the Ft. Meade, MD area. The ORSA will strengthen the customer's ability to manage its mission authorities in an integrated way across enterprise elements.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Working in an often fast-paced environment to timely coordinate Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) applications with a high level of customer and stakeholder interface.
Analyzing legal and policy documents related to the FISA authorities to extract key information from the documents in accordance with operations guidelines and procedures.
Assisting in the establishment and maintenance of effective operations and compliance controls during customer stakeholder reviews, and to integrate laws and policies into modernized processes to achieve mission objectives.
Ensuring the timely tracking and access to critical information for mission operations and compliance purposes is readily available to the customer.
Facilitating preparation and verification activities related to FISA applications to the Court in coordination with the customer, key stakeholders, the Office of General Counsel, and the U.S. Department of Justice.
Creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and User Guides in support of operations, compliance, and policy requirements.
Implementing task tracking through documentation software (e.g., Confluence and JIRA).
Preparing reports, metrics, trend analysis, and briefings targeted to the customer's needs and to a wide range of audiences.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and two (2) years of experience in the Intelligence Community in operations, legal, and/or compliance. Four (4) years of additional experience in operations, legal, and/or compliance may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
Excellent oral communication and writing skills and the ability to quickly understand the customer's goals and objectives.
Ability to actively engage with the customer to understand problems and innovate solutions based on existing processes and guidance.
Demonstrated technical skills in Excel (i.e. proficient in the use of Excel formulas) and the creation of PowerPoint presentations for customer briefings.
Ability to work independently and meet customer deadlines under short suspense.
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of authorities and SIGINT processes, compliance-related policy, and guidance.
Security Clearance Requirements:
Current and active TS/SCI with polygraph
The projected compensation range for this position is $80,900.00-$134,800.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
