KBR is seeking an Integrated Intelligence Space Program Office Technical Lead.
Roles and responsibilities:
Develop the customers next generation capabilities as part of the implementation of GED's FGA 3.0 to develop framework and solutions to provide data from sources as a single entity; maximizing target knowledge and rapidly responding with solutions in problems increasing responsiveness to problem requests from analysts.
Support the provision of a variety of visualization techniques to all view of data, associated metadata, and enterprise information available to users.
Serve as the primary point of contact for contractor support allocated to GED/Integrated Intelligence SPO
Basic Qualifications:
MS degree in computer science, engineering or science field
Ten (10) years of experience with GEOINT, SIGINT, and/or Multi-INT systems
Ten (10) years of software system acquisition experience
Ten (10) years of program management experience of projects with similar size and scope
Two (2) years of experience in acquisition with background knowledge of IC/NRO requirements/budget
Knowledge and Experience:
Experience integrating the architectures of various intelligence systems.
Experience and expertise in utilizing MBSE, software frameworks, and Agile acquisition techniques. Knowledge and experience with GEOINT and SIGINT collection platforms and data is essential.
Knowledge in the following areas:
Data science (data fusion, machine learning, data analytics, emerging commercial and academic data science techniques)
Data visualization (relationships of diverse data types including textual, numeric, temporal, spatial, & imagery); and data sharing (federated search, search analytics, searching across security domains, data sets, formats, standards, and metadata available in IC, commercial, and open source).
Experience managing all aspects of the software life cycle, such as software supply chains and licenses, software quality, software reuse, software procurement, software movement and distribution, software assurance, and software security in compliance with the Risk Management Framework.
Security Clearance:
Active TS/SCI Polygraph. Must be a U.S. Citizen.
