ManTech is looking for a highly motivated and qualified Vulnerability Researcher III in Ft . Meade , MD . ?
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
The Vulnerability Research III supports efforts to identify vulnerabilities and cybersecurity threats to program, functions, products, applications and systems.
They leverage HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and other information to assess vulnerabilities and conduct security evaluation of hardware and software components, architectures, algorithms and protocols.
They analyze and characterize identified vulnerabilities and threats and relate identified vulnerabilities and threats and the effects on the operations and missions supported by those systems.
They provide formal and informal reports, briefings, and perspectives of actual and potential attacks against the systems, technologies, applications, operations, or missions being studied.
The Vulnerability Researcher III takes direction from more senior personnel as well as supervises and mentors subordinate project and ICON Innovation Collaborative (IIC) staff.
Basic qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in an IT-related discipline and 5 years of position specific relevant experience.
Preferred qualifications:
Relevant industry standard certifications
Security clearance requirement:
Active TS/SCI with the ability to obtain and/or maintain a polygraph.
Physical requirements:
Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel
