Job Description:
Subject matter expert with comprehensive knowledge of job area and in-depth knowledge of project management. Manages large, complex projects initiatives of substantial importance to the organization with minimal oversight or direction. Communicates within and outside of the organization to explain and influence changes to practices, processes and approaches. Makes significant improvements in processes, systems, or products. Provides input into new products/processes and implements operational plans that have measurable impact on business or functional results.
Essential Functions:
Candidate must have experience on SIGINT and ELINT systems and subsystems, troubleshooting, performing system operational test and final return to service.
Identifies hardware, software/firmware anomalies and repairs or recommends corrective action.
Accomplish ground test plans on multi-mission systems on aircraft.
Must have hands on experience with RF Signal Generators, Spectrum Analyzers, Network Analyzers, Time Domain Reflectometers, Multimeters and Oscilloscopes.
Individual must be able to read aircraft wiring diagrams and follow aircraft technical orders and maintenance manuals.
Must be willing to work multiple shifts to include nights and weekends on a periodic basis.
Aircraft Integration, Test and Delivery experience.
Candidate must be willing to travel up to 10 percent of the time.
Qualifications:
Requires comprehensive level knowledge of job area. May have in-depth knowledge of project management. Bachelor's Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
Must possess a current TS/SCI security clearance.
Preferred Additional Skills:
Ideal candidate would be able to pass a FAA Class III medical exam, as duties will include flying as a Mission crew member for system testing.
