ManTech is seeking a SIGINT/ EW Subject Matter Expert and Liaison for our Marine Corps customers to provide subject matter expertise, coordination between USMC, DoD, and IC organizations across activities and efforts related to development, evaluation, and transition of leading edge ISR, SIGINT, ELINT, and Information Systems to our Nation's fighting forces.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Provide technical expertise in the SIGINT/EW field towards ground, air, and sea-based system research and development (R&D), systems engineering, and process management.
Provide technical expertise in research and development, acquisition, and sustainment of innovative information technology and intelligence collection, processing, and dissemination prototypes and equipment.
Assist in the development, routing, update, and review of highly-detailed intelligence-related documentation to include Security Classification Guides, Accreditation documentation, and strategy/ policy.
Advise Marine Corps Intelligence stakeholders on SIGINT/EW related matters.
Lead or participate in collaboration and coordination with USMC, DoD, IC, and external stakeholders across multiple mission owners and organizations to inform, encourage, and support the timely delivery of new capabilities that meet development, evaluation, and demonstration objectives.
Conduct in-depth analysis and produce related documentation; develop courses of action, and present recommendations to leadership on solutions for difficult and challenging technical deficiencies and problems.
Requires up to 25% travel annually to include multi-week events.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree (+12 years' experience) or equivalent.
Active DoD Top Secret/ SCI clearance with current Polygraph screening.
Recent demonstrated experience (within the past 5 years or less) of acting in a similar capacity supporting operations within the Marine Corps Information Environment Enterprise or DoD Enterprise Environments.
Ability to act as a successful member of technical teams towards development of operational intelligence and information-related capabilities that support the information enterprise and tactical environments.
In-depth knowledge and experience related to strategic and tactical signals collection and analysis requirements, stakeholders, processes, policy, and limitations associated to the conduct of SIGINT, ELINT, EW, COMINT, and Cyber Operations and employment of related systems in support of USMC or similar DoD operations.
Ability to collaborate, communicate and interaction with Senior Government organizations and personnel; including Officer, Enlisted, and Civilian.
Demonstrated success in preparing, coordinating, executing, and documenting program and operational activities to include; briefings, demonstrations, technical exchange sessions, and operational planning.
Past performance in identifying, incorporating, and adhering to DoD and Service-level standards, employment regulations, and/or other relevant technical and non-technical publications.
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with experience developing and delivering briefings to senior managers.
Awareness and understanding of USMC, DoN, and DOD IC organization, interrelations, policies, and procedures.
Ability to work well independently and in a collaborative team environment.
Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
Ability to support field demonstrations and exercises to include; traversing rugged terrain on foot, unloading and loading of equipment and systems under test, and riding in military tactical vehicles, ships, and air platforms.
Proficiency with Microsoft Family of Software and Tools such as Office, Visio, SharePoint, Project.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Ability to understand and discern technical packages associated to SIGINT/ELINT systems.
Previous support to system research and development activities.
Clearance Requirements :
This role requires an active DoD TS/ SCI Security Clearance w/Poly.

The projected compensation range for this position is $121,800.00-$204,100.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
