Job Description
HII Mission Technologies is currently seeking an experienced Senior Director of Programs for a new, single award ID/IQ type task order contract providing Integrated Multi-Domain Command and Control (IMDC2) capabilities to multiple mission partners with integration of existing technologies resulting in improved processing, cybersecurity, hardware and software, exploitation, and C2 capabilities. The Director of Programs will oversee the overall program, team program leadership, and individual project leads. The work involves interfacing with multiple customers (e.g., CCMDs, DOD Services, IC) and developing and managing plans across subcontractors. This is a flexible contract that is intended to provide support predominantly in the Northern Virginia area. The Director of Programs will be responsible for the cost, schedule, and technical performance of the program. They will be supported by a full-service Program Management Office as well as a technical and operational team of key personnel. This is a 5-year program that will exceed $1B.

What you will do
Provide management and oversight of all activities and serves as the primary interface and Point of Contact (POC) with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and the customer Technical Point of Contact (TPOC).
Responsible for managing and overseeing the activities of all contractor personnel as well as subcontractor and teaming partners.
Provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership execution of this contract.
Oversee personnel improving Mission Partners' ability to: process, exploit, disseminate, and act on information against emerging and evolving threats; eliminate or minimize technological obsolescence; and reduce total lifecycle costs associated with integrated multidomain command and control systems.
Work will include rapidly developing capabilities and testing multi-domain concepts; utilizing experimentation and prototyping focused on testing and developing enterprise solutions for the common enablers of data, network, and link capability; and exploring advanced technology and leveraging agile acquisition to rapidly operationalize tools and capabilities, including building network capability through data virtualization.
Provide expertise and coordination in the management of a program based in Northern Virginia and reaching both CONUS and OCONUS.
Minimum Qualifications
10 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; or 8 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field.
Current Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification.
A minimum of six years of experience planning, directing, coordinating, and managing proposed methodologies and approaches for projects like the work and environment described in this task order. One or more of the managed projects must have included C5ISR support elements supporting a DoD service, Agency, or Command.
Clearance: Must possess and maintain a Top Secret (TS) clearance with access to SCI based on a Single Source Background Investigation (SSBI).
Work shall occur predominantly in Northern Virginia and there will be occasional travel required to CONUS and potentially OCONUS locations. (~10% travel).
