Responsibilities: Summary: Lead programs or sub-projects, collaborating with clients to break down complex platform requirements into structured engineering tasks across multiple disciplines. Apply engineering expertise to develop vehicle systems, including network and data architecture, vehicle electronics, and autonomous navigation. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor of Science or higher in Engineering or a related discipline. Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain an Active Secret Clearance. Experience: 10+ years of related experience, with leadership roles in large-scale vehicle systems projects. Technical Expertise: Experience in Vehicle Network and Data Architecture and Application Integration. Proficiency in Functional Decomposition and Capability Development for new architectures. Subsystem and System-level integration and testing on vehicle electronics systems. Experience with Deterministic and Non-Deterministic Data Bus Architectures. Embedded systems development, computer vision, machine learning, and autonomous navigation expertise. Development and integration of data networks spanning multiple security layers (e.g., Secure vs. Non-Secure Networks). Experience in developing and executing System-Level Plans. Desired Qualifications: Experience in Process Development and Improvement Management (CMMI). Proficiency in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) or Digital Engineering (DE) using tools like MagicDraw/Cameo (MATLAB/Simulink not applicable). Military systems experience in large-scale projects.
